PR-Specific AI Launches at Public Relation Global Network Conference

Précis Public Relations Platform Custom Built for PR Pros

San Francisco, CA – Précis AI launched Précis Public Relations at the semi-annual meeting of the Public Relations Global Network in San Francisco. Précis builds secure AI platforms that are trained and customized to the unique needs of individual companies and industries. The meeting was attended by PR agency heads from the Americas, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and New Zealand.

“The attendees at the PRGN meeting were awestruck at the potential of Précis Public Relations,” said Dwayne Alexander, Director of New Zealand’s Alexander PR. “The potential of this innovative AI platform is to scale up bespoke high-quality content benchmarked to a firm’s own business. More importantly, it allows a firm to spend more valuable time on the strategy work clients find most valuable.”

Précis Public Relations was rolled out in a keynote speech by CEO David Fuscus which concentrated heavily on the roadblocks like data security which are preventing the wholesale adoption and business integration of generative AI across PR agencies and corporate communications. According to recent polling of PR professionals conducted by Xenophon Analytics, 89% of respondents believe in the potential for AI to transform the PR profession, yet only 8% are using it on a daily basis with 58% reporting occasional use and 34% never use AI.

“For the first time, there is an AI platform custom designed and built for PR professionals,” said Fuscus. “And Précis’s functionality and security are so good that AI can be fully integrated across an organization’s business systems and structure. Both PR practitioners and management love it.”

“Précis is like a master tailor for AI, rejecting off-the-rack and meticulously crafting AI platforms for the specific fit, style and needs of different industries and companies,” continued Fuscus. “And with Précis Public Relations, we’ve built a suite of AI PR tools that are custom fitted to the needs and work of PR professionals.”

Précis Public Relations has enterprise-grade end-to-end encrypted security built around a proprietary system of AI Data Vaults™. Uploaded documents and generation are available for the AI to use but are not retained for training. “After all,” said Bo Hrytsak, technology lead for Précis .  “Every project has a set of working documents such as meeting notes, client information, articles and the like. If you can’t safely upload your docs, AI becomes a fad instead of a vital collaboration tool.”

In a recent poll of public relations practitioners, Xenophon Analytics found that an “astounding” 98.32% of survey respondents had concerns or deep concerns about the security and privacy of Chat GPT. 87% were “highly concerned” that other ChatGPT users would have access to sensitive data if documents were uploaded or pasted in.  Précis solves this problem by using locked AI Data Vaults™ to make uploading documents safe and secure. “You can’t collaborate with an AI if you can’t give it access to your information,” said Fuscus. “The Précis system turns generative AI into a true collaboration tool.”

Précis builds secure AI platforms that are trained and customized to the unique needs of individual companies and industries. The firm’s first product will enter worldwide beta testing in early 2024 and is expected to be launched into the market in June.  Précis AI is headquartered in Washington, DC with operations in Canada and Europe.
